Privacy Policy for Flowline

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Flowline ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. The App is developed by rrroman (Roman Staněk) ("the Developer").

By installing or using Flowline, you agree to this policy.

Summary

Flowline itself does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The game has no ads and no analytics, and it works fully offline without any account. The one optional online feature is the Google Play Games leaderboard: if you choose to sign in, Google processes your Play Games identity and your best distances to show the rankings — see "Google Play Games Services" below. Everything else stays on your device.

Information We Collect

The Developer does not collect any personal information. Flowline does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data. We operate no servers; no data is ever sent to us. The only data that leaves your device is the optional leaderboard data described in the "Google Play Games Services" section below, which goes to Google, not to us.

Data Stored on Your Device

Flowline saves a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device only, so the game can remember your progress between sessions. This includes:

This data is stored in the App's private storage on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party. It is not accessible to other apps. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted.

Google Play Games Services (Optional Leaderboards)

Flowline includes the Google Play Games Services SDK for one purpose: optional online leaderboards. Signing in is entirely optional — the game is fully playable without it.

Data We Share

The Developer does not share any data with third parties. Flowline contains no advertising networks and no analytics services. The only third-party SDK in the App is Google Play Games Services, described above, which talks directly to Google to provide the optional leaderboards.

Permissions

Flowline uses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer) purely to read tilt for steering during gameplay. This sensor data is processed in real time on your device to control the game and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Children's Privacy

Flowline is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If the App's data practices change in the future (for example, if optional advertising or further online features are added), we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
